DUTIES & TAXES
With the exception of the UK, import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
Should you refuse to pay customs upon delivery of your package, your order will be returned to our studio and you will be issued a store credit in the amount of your order, less shipping redeemable on lauralombardi.com.
UK orders with a total value under £135.00 will have estimated VAT included in the order total at checkout. This fee is an estimate, and additional taxes may be owed at the time of delivery. UK orders exceeding £135.00 in value will owe taxes and duties at the time of delivery.

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we have partnered with Route Shipping Insurance to offer protection against loss, damage, or theft. This service has been pre-selected at checkout for all orders placed on LauraLombardi.com for an added fee of 3.5% of the cart total.
If you opt out of Route protection, we cannot offer reimbursements or replacements for orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
