SAMPLE SALE
Due to high order volume, please anticipate your order shipping within 3-7 business days from purchase. Priority and Expedited Shipping is unavailable for orders including sample sale items.
Orders will be shipped with minimal packaging and may not include branded jewelry boxes. Gift wrapping or gift messaging is not available for Sample Sale items.
In-Store Pickup will be unavailable for Sample Sale orders.
ORDERING
All orders are packaged and shipped from our studio located in New York, NY. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received, and items ship within 2-3 business days from purchase. Please contact us for inquiries on rush or expedited shipping.
For customers located in the NYC area we are currently offering In-Store Pickup. More information can be found here.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We offer shipping across the US as well as to most global destinations. Due to the rapidly evolving global climate, we are temporarily unable to ship to the following locations:
• CIS Countries including Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.
We warmly invite our customers located in these regions to shop the collection with one of our stockists.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer the following carrier services for domestic shipping:
• USPS First Class Mail: Delivery in 5-7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: Delivery in 2-3 business days
For shipping upgrades, please contact shop@lauralombardi.com prior to purchase and wait for confirmation of a revised invoice.

NTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer both USPS First Class International Mail and DHL Worldwide Express for service overseas. The estimated delivery time for USPS International mail is 10-14 business days, while DHL Express offers delivery in 3-7 business days. Please note, orders exceeding $500 in value as well as DHL shipping services will require signature upon delivery.
Though USPS estimates 10-14 business days for international delivery, we can not guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs can be unpredictable and may take as long as eight weeks to process a package. For delays this long in shipping, please contact your local customs office. We are unable to contact customs authorities on customers’ behalf.
For timely delivery of your order, we highly reccommend selecting DHL as your preferred shipping method.
DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.
For customers located in the United Kingdom, VAT is not included in the purchase price and will be collected at the time of delivery.
Should you refuse to pay customs upon delivery of your package, your order will be returned to our studio and you will be issued a store credit in the amount of your order, less shipping redeemable on lauralombardi.com.
DELIVERY
All parcels are fully insured, however we are not responsible for any delays or loss in transit not covered by insurance.
We cannot guarantee reimbursement for stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. For claims regarding missing packages, please email us at shop@lauralombardi.com within 90 days of placing your order.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at Laura Lombardi, and will incur a reshipment fee.
FINE
To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, we are pleased to offer the following domestic shipping services for our Fine Collection:
• UPS Ground: Delivery in 3-5 business days
• UPS 2-Day Air: Delivery in 2 business days
We offer DHL Express as our shipping provider for all international Fine orders. Shipping rates and times may vary dependent on the shipping location.
Please note, all Fine Collection orders will require signature upon delivery.
All packages are fully insured, however we are not responsible for lost packages due to an invalid shipping address. For issues regarding delivery, please reach out to shop@lauralombardi.com within 30 days of purchase.
