Items purchased on LauraLombardi.com are eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt. Items must be sent back unworn and in original packaging. Items sent without original packaging will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Original or additional shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded. Duties for items paid on international shipments are non-refundable.

Items from our Archive Sale, Fine collection, AMS x LL collection, sample sale items, made to order items, or custom, altered, or personalized items are final sale and ineligible for exchange.

All orders are packaged and shipped from our studio located in New York, NY. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received, and in stock items ship within 2-3 business days from purchase. For made to order items, please reference the product page for lead times.

Please note, orders exceeding $1,000 USD in value as well as orders shipped via DHL shipping services will require signature upon delivery.

INSURANCE

To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we have partnered with Route Shipping Insurance to offer protection against loss, damage, or theft. This service has been pre-selected at checkout for all orders placed on LauraLombardi.com for an added fee of 3.5% of the cart total.

If you opt out of Route protection, we cannot offer reimbursements or replacements for orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.

DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. These fees will be collected prior to, or at the time of delivery Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.

UK orders with a total value under £135.00 will have estimated VAT included in the order total at checkout. This fee is an estimate, and additional taxes may be owed at the time of delivery. UK orders exceeding £135.00 in value will owe taxes and duties at the time of delivery.

Should you refuse to pay customs upon delivery of your package, your order will be returned to our studio and you will be issued a store credit in the amount of your order, less shipping redeemable on LauraLombardi.com.
